Better than it has a right to be! |

Is it a toy? It feels it. looks it even with the nice wood, it's light, quiet, and small. It is not a toy!
I thought it money wasted until, I shot it!
Zeroed at 10 yards. Dead on. It's only ten yards and Daisy has been making guns long enough. The trigger; creepy and crisp but never annoying. Always predictable.
@ 20 yards dam if I wasn't dead on again after a few adjustments. At 25 yards the groups opened up a bit but I'm still impressed. At 30 yard things started to open as expected. Still good 1 surprise is the cheap Daisy .22 target pellets shot in this gun as if they were made for it, As well as the Meisterklugnes.
Happy, I took one last plink at a 18" light metal person a .177 target out @ 20 yards. I hit her right between the eyes and knocked the head right off. .22 has more power than .177. This gun will never cost me anything more than inexpensive pellets. That makes it a winner in my book. or, arsenal!

Daisy 22x is an accurate, powerful rifle |

The Daisy 22x is an accurate, powerful rifle that has plenty of knock-down power. Since it's a .22, this rifle has plenty of punch and a pretty good range. I've found that this rifle still has plenty of power at 30+ yards, and with the right pellet you can take down some of the bigger specimen of small game.

Plinking / close range pest control, it's great |

I bought this gun to use for plinking / close range pest control, and it's great for both. I have the 22x without a scope. The wooden stock and forearm are nice touches, they give the gun a quality feel, and it handles nicely. The gun is a solid shooter
