Daisy 853 C Avanti Legend EX Target Shooting

AVANTI 853 C Legend EX Developed for the Canadian Cadets, the Model 853C utilizes special auto indexing 5-shot clips for faster, convenient shooting action. Specifications, except for 20 FPS, are the same as the 853 Legend. Lothar WaltherTM rifled, steel barrel that is precision bored for .177 caliber match pellets. Also features micro-adjustable sights and a full-length, sporter-style hardwood stock with adjustable length. pump pellet gun

This is a great gun! Accurate sights, VERY low recoil, easy to get the hang of, great balance. On my first day with this rifle, I won a tournament.

Excellent little air rifle February 5, 2008

The Daisy Avanti 853 Legend is an excellent little air rifle. I have been shooting all sorts of guns and air rifles for much of my life, but I was first introduced to the 853 when I made the final cut for the local JROTC rifle team last month. It's simply a joy to shoot, and I have never been much of an airgun fan. A brand new one will be somewhat pricey, but if you are interested in 10 meter/33 foot competition or you just want a quality shooter to start with, this rifle would be a good purchase.
